Welcome to Worrink.com (“Worrink,” “Platform”), a website and product operated by Raesine LLC (“Raesine,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Worrink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About Worrink

Worrink is a free online platform for storytelling, fandom participation, and community interaction. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Worrink. By using the Platform, you represent that:

you are at least 18 years old; and
if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Worrink is not intended for children under 13.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

provide accurate and current information;
keep your login credentials secure;
accept responsibility for activity under your account; and
notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Platform or community.

4. Human-Created Content Policy

Worrink is a human-first storytelling platform. Content published on Worrink must be primarily created by a human user.

Allowed AI Use

Limited AI use is permitted only for minor support functions such as:

spell-check;
grammar correction; or
minor editing or refinement.

Prohibited AI Use

You may not:

publish fully AI-generated stories or posts;
use AI as the primary creator of your content;
mass-produce or bulk-upload AI-generated content;
submit low-effort, repetitive, or automated AI content; or
misrepresent AI-generated content as primarily human-created.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, downrank, or moderate content that violates this policy.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the stories, posts, comments, usernames, profile text, and other content you submit to Worrink (“User Content”).

By posting User Content on or through Worrink, you grant Raesine LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, publish, adapt for formatting, and promote that User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Platform.

This license ends within a commercially reasonable period after your User Content is deleted from the Platform, except to the extent:

the content was shared with others and they have not deleted it;
we need to retain it for legal, security, backup, or compliance purposes; or
limited copies remain in backup systems for a temporary period.

6. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and your conduct on Worrink. You represent and warrant that:

you own your User Content or have all necessary rights to post it;
your User Content does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right;
your User Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights; and
your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

7. Platform Role and User-Generated Content

Worrink hosts user-generated content. We do not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, originality, or safety of User Content posted by users. Users, not Raesine LLC, are responsible for the content they post and the consequences of posting it.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, screen, review, remove, edit, restrict, or refuse content at any time and for any reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Worrink to:

post illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content;
harass, threaten, bully, stalk, abuse, or intimidate others;
post hate speech or content promoting violence or discrimination;
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation;
upload malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts;
spam, scrape, farm engagement, or manipulate rankings or visibility;
use bots or unauthorized automation;
infringe intellectual property or other rights;
post sexual exploitation content or any content involving minors in a sexualized way;
interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; or
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

9. Story, Fandom, and Fan Participation Rules

Worrink may include fandom features, fan discussions, and community interaction around stories and creators.

Creators retain ownership of their original stories and original creative content.
Participating in a fandom does not give any user ownership rights in another user’s story, character, world, or creative work.
Fan participation must respect creator rights, copyrights, and other third-party rights.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their fan content does not violate the rights of others.

10. Rankings, Discovery, and Visibility

Worrink may use internal systems to rank, recommend, feature, suppress, filter, or organize creators and content based on factors such as engagement, quality, consistency, safety, originality, and community activity.

We may change how content is ranked or displayed at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide equal visibility, distribution, or promotion to all users or content.

11. Moderation and Enforcement

We may take any action we reasonably believe is appropriate to protect Worrink, users, creators, or third parties, including:

removing content;
limiting reach or visibility;
issuing warnings;
suspending or terminating accounts; or
reporting conduct to appropriate authorities.

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

12. Intellectual Property of the Platform

The Platform itself, including its design, software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Raesine LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by us in writing, you may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform; or
use our branding, marks, or trade dress in a way that causes confusion.

13. Copyright Complaints and DMCA

If you believe content on Worrink infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice or counter-notice.

14. Termination

You may stop using Worrink at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed other users, or interfered with the Platform.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnity.

15. Disclaimers

Worrink is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raesine LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that:

the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
content will be accurate, complete, or reliable; or
defects will be corrected.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raesine LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to:

your use of or inability to use Worrink;
User Content or user conduct;
unauthorized access to or use of systems or data; or
any interruption, bugs, or service failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Worrink or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raesine LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

your User Content;
your use of Worrink;
your violation of these Terms; or
your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Worrink will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

You and Raesine LLC agree that:

arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only;
class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, and jury trials are waived; and
the arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.

The arbitration will take place in California, USA, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

If any part of this arbitration section is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, the remaining provisions will still apply.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent federal law applies.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of Worrink after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
